The 3 Questions Tool was designed to help you build better relationships with your employees. It will help you develop your communication skills, help know how to speak to your team, and help you motivate your team.
Using the 3 Questions Tool
The top section labeled “Checking In” lists the three questions and their assumptions. The bottom section lists each question, followed by different ways you can ask that question and still get at the same assumption. You can check the boxes corresponding to the questions that you like. To the right of the questions are an explanation of the question and a chance for you to brainstorm another way to ask the question that will work for you.
