Using the Active Listening Tool

The top section has a reminder of the Connection Model. The bottom section shows 5 steps you should do in each conversation to practice active listening and show the other person that you are engaged in the conversation. There are also active listening phrases in the center of the model that are good ways to confirm you are listening and understand what the other person is trying to say.
